Muminah Blanks is a dedicated Direct Support Professional (DSP) in the Host Home at POSH-Able Living, LLC. With a compassionate heart and a passion for service, Muminah brings her experience as a caregiver, nanny, and housekeeper for hotels and elite clientele to her role in supporting the residents of the POSH Host Home.

Her responsibilities include providing day-to-day care and assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), such as meal preparation and serving, housekeeping, and supporting disabled residents with their personal needs. Muminah also accompanies residents on outings and appointments, including doctor visits, ensuring they receive the care and attention they deserve. As a key figure in helping residents build independence, she actively supports them in achieving their personal goals as outlined in their Individualized Service Plans (ISPs). Her emphasis on healthy eating habits and hygiene promotes a well-rounded and supportive environment for residents.

Muminah is a proud mother of two grown daughters and a loving grandmother to a grandson and a granddaughter. Family is at the heart of everything she does, and she treasures moments of joy and fun with her loved ones. Outside of work, Muminah is an avid reader and enjoys writing short stories, nurturing her creative side.
