Lajonquille, a dedicated leader with a passion for fostering care, compassion, and community. As the CEO of POSH-Able Living, LLC, Simone brings a story of resilience, empathy, leadership and integrity to every aspect of the business.

Her passion for caregiving was sparked early on as the oldest of four siblings, stepping into a caregiving role during a pivotal time in her family’s life. This experience shaped her mission to create a home-based service that prioritizes love, dignity, and support for those in need.

Simone’s journey didn’t stop there. As a mother of two grown children and grandmother to six, she understands the power of family and unconditional support. Her personal experiences are reflected in her leadership style and the nurturing environment she fosters at POSH-Able Living, LLC.

With a professional background in accounting and customer service, Simone later discovered her true calling in nursing. Determined to make a greater impact, she returned to school to pursue a career dedicated to care and service. Her goal is simple: to create a home environment where compassion, comfort, and professionalism converge.

When not leading POSH-Able Living, LLC, Simone actively volunteers in local First Aid Departments, supporting public safety and wellness.  She loves traveling to explore new experiences and cultures. Simone cherishes spending time with her family, nurturing the same spirit of togetherness that inspired her journey. Her legacy extends beyond her business, as she mentors and uplifts those around her  — personally, professionally and spiritually.
