How our CPR training courses are offered
Our courses are taught in a blended learning format. Students must complete the online portion, followed by the hands-on skills session conducted by a POSH instructor. Students who successfully complete the online course and skills session, will receive a Course Completion card, valid for two years.

Course Format Options
POSH Trainings offer blended and traditional courses. Most students prefer the blended option. This option allows students to complete the instructional class portion at their own pace, at home, work or wherever internet is available. Students have access to course material for 24 months after completion. Resources include a student workbook eBook. Students can elect to complete the instructional portion face to face prior to their Hands-on session. That option requires a larger block of the student's time.
